The team

We’re Jessica and Christiaan — a Spanish-Belgian couple living in Barcelona with our 2-year-old daughter, Ainara and our 5-year-old dog, Sushi (who, let’s be honest, is the real boss of the house 🐶). We’re both huge fans of mystery stories, escape rooms, and anything puzzly. During the COVID lockdown, like many people, we had a bit more time at home — and that’s when the idea struck us: why not create our own murder mystery detective game?

Back then, there weren’t many games available in Spanish, so we decided to make our own. But we didn’t want to just make any game. We wanted to create something special: high-quality materials, strong storytelling, and unique artifacts that actually do something in the game. (No more cool-looking items that just sit there!) Think of the car key in Covajon or the battery in Sincharro, everything has a purpose.

In 2021, we released our first game, Caso Sincharro, for the Spanish market. Then came Covajon, and we started shipping internationally, still in Spanish. And now… well, now we’re here on Kickstarter, excited to bring our mysteries to even more players around the world, in more languages!

This has been a true passion project from day one. We often ask ourselves: Would we love playing this? If the answer is yes, we keep going.
